Katie Gowryluk is the Vice President and Chief of Staff at Butterfly Network, where she plays a pivotal role in driving strategic execution, organizational alignment, and leadership effectiveness across the company.
As Chief of Staff, Katie serves as a strategic advisor and integrator—streamlining decision-making, enhancing communication across teams, and ensuring the organization remains focused on its most impactful priorities. She leads key strategic initiatives, supports executive operations, and fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance at every level. In addition to her Chief of Staff responsibilities, Katie oversees Global Talent Acquisition, shaping Butterfly’s people strategy to attract and develop high-performing teams that advance the company’s mission and innovation.
Prior to joining Butterfly Network, Katie served in a leadership role at Daversa Partners, an executive search firm specializing in building leadership teams for transformative technology companies. There, she partnered with founders, boards, and CEOs to identify and recruit top executive talent for high-growth organizations across the technology and health tech sectors.
Katie holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and is passionate about building purpose-driven teams that thrive in fast-paced, mission-oriented environments.
