Megan Carlson has served as Senior Vice President, Accounting & Finance - Chief Accounting Officer for Butterfly Network since June 2025. Megan joined Butterfly in May 2021 and has held various senior financial roles at the Company, including Vice President, Controller from January 2023 through September 2024, Vice President, Finance & Accounting from September 2024 through June 2025, as well as Interim Chief Financial Officer from August 2025 to December 2025.
Megan previously worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte & Touche LLP from November 2010 to October 2011, and as a Senior Audit Associate and Audit Associate at Grant Thornton LLP from September 2006 to October 2010.
Megan received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, as well as her Master of Accounting, from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a certified public accountant.
