Nick Caezza is a seasoned legal executive who oversees a broad portfolio of corporate, governance, employment, litigation, and strategic transactional work at Butterfly. In his role as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, he provides strategic legal counsel to executive leadership and drives the company’s governance and general legal initiatives.
Nick joined Butterfly in February 2021 and has worked in a variety of roles within the legal function with increasing responsibility . Before his tenure at Butterfly, he was Regulatory Counsel at Columbia Care, Inc. (NEO: CBST), where he facilitated regulatory strategies and supported various corporate and transactional strategies. Prior to Columbia Care, Inc. he worked as an attorney at American Tower Corporate (NYSE: AMT).
He holds a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
